Returns & Refund Policy

At Powerblast Global, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you change your mind or need to return an item, the following policy applies in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

1. Change of Mind Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, Powerblast Global reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any return at our discretion.

To be eligible, the product must be in good, resalable condition – unused, clean, and complete with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

Items returned in damaged packaging, with signs of use, or missing parts may incur a restocking fee or be declined.

2. How to Request a Return

Contact our team at sales@Powerblast.com.au or 1800 812 223 with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide you with return instructions and, if required, a Return Authorisation Number.

Pack the item securely, include any paperwork or accessories, and send it to the address provided.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable courier service as Powerblast Global is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

If the product is returned due to our error (e.g. incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return freight cost.

4. Restocking Fee

A restocking fee may apply to change-of-mind returns or items not returned in original condition.

The fee will depend on the product and its condition upon arrival, typically up to 15% of the purchase price.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less any applicable fees, within 7–10 business days.

Your financial institution may require additional time to process the transaction.

6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

Contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number.

We’ll assess the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law and may arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

In these cases, Powerblast Global will cover return or replacement shipping costs.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Custom-built or made-to-order equipment.
  • Consumables (e.g. detergents, cleaning agents)
  • Items where hygiene seals have been broken

 

8. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not major.
