Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Shipping is free on powered units delivered to a commercial address, unless delivering to remote areas, which freight will be calculated
accordingly.
Any chemicals that are classes as dangerous goods will be shipped according to our freight providers regulations and may incur additional costs or longer delivery times.
Processing Time
We accept orders online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and always work to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Orders will begin processing and be shipped same business day if placed before 1pm AEDT, excluding delays due to stock availability or payment verification.
Orders placed after 1pm AEDT will begin processing the next business day. Processing does not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Time
All orders are shipped exclusively via TNT.
In-stock products typically arrive within 3-5 business days after dispatch unless delays occur with the freight provider.
Backordered items will ship separately once available.
Accessories may ship separately.
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Express shipping is not currently available.
Delivery time includes both processing and shipping time.
Delivery Addresses
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Address edits cannot be made once the order has been shipped.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available from our warehouse by appointment.
Once your order is ready for collection, we will notify you via email or phone.
Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID when collecting your items.

All orders are shipped via TNT Australia-wide.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with TNT tracking details.
Click the tracking number to visit the TNT tracking portal for real-time updates.
After Delivery
Most products require minimal assembly and will include installation or setup instructions.
