15 Good Reasons to Buy Kranzle

Traditional high-pressure cleaners are ordinarily equipped with an injector for induction of detergents. In order to suck in the detergents, the water, which is under high pressure, needs to be pressed through a small nozzle pipe. This costs energy, no matter if the injector is in operation or not. The available working pressure is reduced by approx. 30 %.

Kränzle high-pressure cleaners with water tank are designed such as to allow the pump to suck up water from the water tank as well as detergents at the same time. The energy consuming injector and the simultaneous loss of efficiency and/or pressure of up to 30% is eliminated. The detergents can be sprayed without reducing the operating pressure.

No pump damage due to lack of water

Another great advantage of the water tank is that the risk of cavitations (air bubble implosions inside the pump, caused, among others, by lack of water), which is the major reason for failure in high pressure pumps, is almost eliminated.

All units are equipped with ceramic coated stainless steel pistons, which are produced in an extremely expensive manufacturing process. The advantage of the steel piston, which draws the heat from the pump head, is combined with the advantage of the hard ceramic surface, which prevents the packings from wear. This serves to considerably increase the service life of our systems.

All units are equipped with 2 teflon graphite packings per piston.
The excellent gliding properties of teflon graphite serve to reduce both the friction resistance, and the temperatures inside the system. For this reason, the systems can be operated without water for a period of up to 2 hours = Dry-run safety

All Kranzle pump heads are warranted against stress failure for 10 Years!

All Kranzle pressure cleaners (except the 1132 and 1152TST models) are equipped with slow running, silent and durable 4-pole electric motors running at 1400rpm. This increases the lifetime of the units, and means they can run for extended periods of time.

All Kranzle pressure cleaners are subject to exhaustive electronic and practical tests under field conditions. Every unit is checked for correct pressure before the washers leave the factory.

If a unit doesn’t pass the test – it will not be shipped.

The new Therm -1 versions include quite a number of improvements, including a new heating coil which helps increase the burner capacity up to an incredible efficiency of 93%.

This reduces fuel consumption, is environmentally friendly, and increases the achievable water temperature.

In addition to the traditional mode of operation, the therm series offeres the possibility to practically maintain a stable water temperature with a minimal deviation of only +/- 1°C thanks to adjustable clocking.

This type of stability is unique. Traditional modes of operation are subject to temperature deviations of up to 30°C.

All hot water pressure cleaners in the Kranzle therm series are equipped with 2 motors – one motor to power the high pressure pump, and one motor for the fuel pump.

This is to prevent both fan and fuel pump from wear during cold water operation or unnecessary operation.

One gauge shows water pressure, the other shows oil pressure.

One for the pump, the other for the burner. This helps to ensure service is done at the right time.

All machines are equipped with large clearly arranged glycerin damped stainless steel gauges.
Kranzle quality in every detail.

The extensive range of Kranzle machines is based on only a few types of pumps and motors. Above all, this translates into a small spare parts inventory for distributors, and a faster end user experience.

This enables Kranzle to ensure total quality control over their products. Kranzle, in reality, is a manufacturer – not only an assembler. Kranzle exclusively produces in Germany.
Quality truly ‘Made In Germany’

Waterblast Cleaning Contractor

I have tried other ‘turbo’ nozzles before, but nothing comes close to the cleaning and cutting power of a ‘TurboKiller’…and the PowerBlast® ‘Turbo-Killer’ outperforms and outlasts my other ‘turbo’ nozzles 2 to 1!

Workshop Foreman, Earthmoving Contractor

I thought that I was going to have to upgrade to a new high pressure cleaner to clean the heavy encrusted dirt and grease off of our D9 Dozer tracks….That was until I bought a TurboKiller’nozzle!

Now I wouldn’t even dream of starting a cleaning job without my ‘TurboKiller’ it just saves me so much time and cleans things that I once thought were impossible!

Roof Cleaning Contractor

My TurboKiller’ nozzle is the best investment I have ever made (apart from my PowerBlast® High Pressure cleaner)!

I can now clean an average of 3 tiled roofs per day – when I only used to be able to clean 2 per day!

I would recommend one to anybody who is really serious about cleaning – and even to people who aren’t really serious about cleaning!
